This page explains what information we ask for when you save your spot at Moms-to-be Pilates + Soundbath (Saturday, September 26, 2026, Golden Gate Park, San Francisco), why we ask for it, who helps us handle it, and how you can ask us to correct or delete it. The event is organized by Kaia Wellness (Cinthya Garcia). You can reach us at hello@chinigarcia.com.

What we collect

  • When you fill in the form: your first and last name, how many months pregnant you are, your phone number, your email address, your Instagram handle (optional) and the language you chose.
  • When you pay: Stripe processes your payment and tells us your name, email, the amount and the date. We never see or store your card number.
  • Technical data: the servers that receive the form keep standard technical logs (such as the date and time of the request) for a short period.

Why we collect it

  • To register your spot and match it with your payment.
  • To send you your confirmation email and any practical details or changes about the event.
  • To let Cinthya, Francesca and Jose know who is coming and adapt the session to the group. Your months of pregnancy are used only for this and for the short personal note in your confirmation email.
  • To count how many spots are taken.

We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to this event.

Who helps us handle it

We use a few services to run the registration. Each one receives only what it needs:

  • Google (Firebase, Google Sheets and Gmail): receives and stores the form, keeps the attendee list, and sends the emails from kaiawellness.events@gmail.com.
  • Stripe: processes the $35 payment under its own privacy policy.
  • Anthropic: writes the short personalized note in your confirmation email. It receives only your first name, your months of pregnancy and your language, never your contact details.
  • Our own automation software, which connects the pieces above, runs on a computer we control.

All information travels over encrypted connections.

How long we keep it

We keep the attendee list for up to 60 days after the event, in case of follow-up questions, and then delete it. Stripe keeps payment records for as long as it is legally required to. If you ask us to delete your information earlier, we will.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we have about you by writing to hello@chinigarcia.com. We will answer within 30 days. Deleting your information before the event means we will not be able to hold your spot. If you live in California, you also have the rights described in the California Consumer Privacy Act; since we do not sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of.

Cookies and your device

This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. It stores three things in your browser: the language you chose, a copy of your form answers if they could not be sent (so they can be sent when you return), and a random visitor code with no link to your name or email. All three stay on your device.

We keep our own anonymous visit statistics: pages viewed, language, time-zone region, device type (phone or computer), how far you scrolled and which buttons you clicked. They are stored in our own database, contain no name, email or IP address, and are never shared with advertising or analytics companies.

If anything here changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.

Esta página explica qué datos te pedimos al reservar tu lugar en Moms-to-be Pilates + Soundbath (sábado 26 de septiembre de 2026, Golden Gate Park, San Francisco), para qué los usamos, quién nos ayuda a manejarlos y cómo puedes pedir que los corrijamos o los borremos. Qué datos recogemos

  • Cuando llenas el formulario: tu nombre y apellido, cuántos meses de embarazo tienes, tu teléfono, tu correo, tu Instagram (opcional) y el idioma que elegiste.
  • Cuando pagas: Stripe procesa el pago y nos informa tu nombre, tu correo, el monto y la fecha. Nunca vemos ni guardamos el número de tu tarjeta.
  • Datos técnicos: los servidores que reciben el formulario guardan registros técnicos habituales (como la fecha y la hora de la solicitud) por poco tiempo.

Para qué los usamos

  • Para registrar tu lugar y asociarlo con tu pago.
  • Para enviarte el correo de confirmación y cualquier detalle práctico o cambio sobre el evento.
  • Para que Cinthya, Francesca y Jose sepan quién viene y adapten la sesión al grupo. Tus meses de embarazo se usan solo para esto y para la nota personal breve de tu correo de confirmación.
  • Para contar cuántos lugares están tomados.

No vendemos tus datos, no los compartimos con fines publicitarios y no los usamos para nada ajeno a este evento.

Quién nos ayuda a manejarlos

Usamos unos pocos servicios para llevar la inscripción. Cada uno recibe solo lo que necesita:

  • Google (Firebase, Google Sheets y Gmail): recibe y guarda el formulario, mantiene la lista de asistentes y envía los correos desde kaiawellness.events@gmail.com.
  • Stripe: procesa el pago de $35 bajo su propia política de privacidad.
  • Anthropic: escribe la nota personal breve de tu correo de confirmación. Recibe solo tu nombre de pila, tus meses de embarazo y tu idioma; nunca tus datos de contacto.
  • Nuestro propio programa de automatización, que conecta las piezas anteriores, corre en un computador que controlamos.

Toda la información viaja por conexiones cifradas.

Cuánto tiempo los guardamos

Guardamos la lista de asistentes hasta 60 días después del evento, por si surge alguna pregunta, y después la borramos. Stripe conserva los registros de pago el tiempo que la ley le exige. Si nos pides borrar tus datos antes, lo hacemos.

Tus opciones

Puedes pedirnos en cualquier momento ver, corregir o borrar los datos que tenemos sobre ti escribiendo a hello@chinigarcia.com. Respondemos en un plazo de 30 días. Si borras tus datos antes del evento, no podremos mantener tu lugar. Si vives en California, también tienes los derechos que describe la California Consumer Privacy Act; como no vendemos datos personales, no hay nada de lo que debas excluirte.

Cookies y tu dispositivo

Este sitio no usa cookies de seguimiento ni analítica de terceros. Guarda tres cosas en tu navegador: el idioma que elegiste, una copia de tus respuestas del formulario si no se pudieron enviar (para enviarlas cuando vuelvas) y un código de visitante al azar, sin relación con tu nombre ni tu correo. Las tres se quedan en tu dispositivo.

Llevamos nuestras propias estadísticas anónimas de visitas: páginas vistas, idioma, región horaria, tipo de dispositivo (celular o computador), hasta dónde bajaste y qué botones tocaste. Se guardan en nuestra propia base de datos, no incluyen nombre, correo ni dirección IP, y nunca se comparten con empresas de publicidad o analítica.
