Join us for a Prenatal Mat Pilates Session surrounded by the beauty of Golden Gate Park — a space to move your body, slow down, connect with your baby, and meet other mamas in this beautiful stage of life.

No pressure. No perfect poses.
Just movement, fresh air & good energy. 🌼

A soft sound bath to close our morning — for mama, baby & a little extra calm, guided by our founder Cinthya. 💛

Why prenatal Pilates + Soundbath?

Pregnancy changes everything — and intentional movement can help you feel stronger and more connected to your body along the way.

Prenatal Soundbath benefits:

  • Deep relaxation — creates a calm environment where mom can slow down, rest, and reconnect with her body.
  • Supports stress reduction — gentle sound and intentional breathing may help promote a relaxed state.
  • Mom + baby bonding — offers quiet, intentional time to connect with baby without distractions.
  • Nervous system regulation — the meditative experience can support the body’s natural shift toward a “rest & digest” state.

Prenatal Mat Pilates can help:

  • Build & maintain core and pelvic floor strength
  • Support better posture and balance as your body changes
  • Encourage gentle mobility & flexibility
  • Strengthen the muscles that support your back, hips & pelvis
  • Create more awareness around breath and body connection
  • Keep you moving in a low-impact, pregnancy-friendly way
  • Give you a moment to slow down, reconnect & celebrate your changing body

And maybe our favorite benefit?

Moving alongside other moms-to-be who totally get it.

Community hits different when you’re growing a tiny human. 🥹🤍

“Pilates came into my life two years ago and quickly became so much more than a workout — it became a way to connect with myself through movement. Earlier this year, I decided to take that passion one step further and begin my journey to become a Pilates instructor. Now based in San Francisco, I’m passionate about helping others feel strong, healthy, and connected to their bodies while discovering the beauty and joy of movement.”
